Here at our Innov8, we take pride in not only hosting successful events but supporting our vendors. We understand the hard work and dedication that goes into running a small business. 

We believe that by supporting our vendors, we are not only helping their business thrive but also contributing to the growth of the local economy.

At each event we host, we make sure to introduce ourselves and get to know our vendors personally. We want them to feel like a valued part of the Innov8 community, not just another booth at an event. This personal touch allows us to understand their business and how we can help them succeed.

Our support for small businesses doesn't end at just hosting events. We also reach out to local community organizations to find volunteers to assist with unloading and loading for our vendors. While we cannot guarantee volunteer assistance at every event, we strive to make sure our vendors have the help they need.

We are committed to supporting our vendors before, during, and after our events.

"Promote The Event" Contest

At every event we do drawings to encourage vendor support with marketing, the more you market the more customers the event will have, and you get a chance to win some booth rental fee back!

 

Earn entries by:

​

  • Posting about the event on social media.

  • Hanging flyers in your community.

  • Inviting 10 or more people to the FB event.

  • Donating a door prize.

  • Email screenshots/pics of what you've done to Innov8Eventplanning.com

There is no limit to the number of entries you can qualify for!

​

You will not be Eligible for the drawing if any of the following occur:

  • You do not participate in the Door Prize donation

  • You arrive late and aren't set up before Event starts

  • You Tear down your booth before the end of the Show
