About the event
Booths will be available Inside and outside where you must bring a tent. Please check out this beautiful venue at the LINK This is our first time at this venue but we plan to make it an annual Market! GET IT WHILE YOU CAN!
Charity: Main Street Youth Center - will will be collecting at the door for the Main Street Youth Center, anyone who donates will be entered into the door prize drawing. This is why we ask you to donate a prize!
Booth fee is NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE! This event is rain or shine! If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible so we can fill your spot. Vendors are responsible for providing their own Tables & chairs. Vendors must provide their own table coverings. All vendor spaces will go through an approval process. You are not accepted into the show until you are contacted. The vendor MUST be present the entire time of the show and agrees to be open during all hours. All displays must remain entirely within the space reserved. Aisle space must not be infringed upon . A $25 fee is due prior to setting up and will be returned at the end of the event as long as you do not leave early.
Hours Advertised show hours are July 26th 2024 from 2pm-8pm & July 27th 2024 from 9am - 5:00 pm.
Setup for vendors will begin on Friday at 11 am on July 26th. Vendors MUST be set up before 2:00 pm when our show starts!
Breakdown begins no earlier than 5:00pm, unless notified by the host/coordinator. Breakdown must be completed by 6:30pm. Vendors are responsible for cleanup of their merchandise and all garbage left in their area. (Please try to leave it as nice as we present it to you)
Applications MUST include photos of merchandise to be sold. Please email photos to Innov8EventPlanning@gmail.com and include your business name.
Vendor's Conduct: Vendors must be kind and courteous at all times. Disagreements with other booths, fair coordinators, the volunteers, or customers must be handled in a respectful manner. Vendors will be allowed to park their vehicle close to the barn if the booth is located in the barn to unload, but they need to unload completely prior to starting to set up and will need to move to the Vendor parking area to make room for our customers. Vendor agrees that they will not hold Innov8 Event Planning, Innov8 Events and/or Mather's Mill responsible for stolen or ruined merchandise, personal liability, or damage that may occur during setup, break down, or the event. Physical violence will not be tolerated at any time and will be cause for immediate expulsion from premises. Firearms or
weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited and will be cause for immediate expulsion from the premises and cancellation of the premises. During events where underage persons are present, parents and/or guardians are requested to be present to supervise a minor's conduct. During an event in which alcohol is served, no underage usage of alcohol is permitted. Opened containers of alcoholic beverages can't be taken outside of the Event's premises or consumed in vehicles parked on the premises.
