About the event

Booths will be available Inside and outside. Please check out this beautiful venue: City Place -NOT our first time at this venue but the 1st annual for this event - we plan to make it an annual Market! GET IN WHILE YOU CAN!

Booth fee is NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE! This event is rain or shine! If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible so we can fill your spot. Vendors are responsible for providing their own Tables & chairs. Vendors must provide their own table coverings. All vendor spaces will go through an approval process. You are not accepted into the show until you are contacted. The vendor MUST be present the entire time of the show and agrees to be open during all hours. All displays must remain entirely within the space reserved. Aisle space must not be infringed upon .Hours Advertised show hours are June 1st 2024 from 10am-5pm &  June 2nd 2024 from 10 am - 4:00 pm. Setup for vendors will begin on May 31st at 1 pm & June 1st at 8 am. Vendors MUST be set up before 10am when our show starts! Breakdown begins no earlier than 4:00pm, unless notified by the host/co-ordinator. Breakdown must be completed by 6:00pm. Vendors are responsible for cleanup of their merchandise and all garbage left in their area. (Please try to leave it as nice as we present it to you) Applications MUST include photos of merchandise to be sold. Please email photos to Innov8EventPlanning@gmail.com and include your business name. Vendor's Conduct: Vendors must be kind and courteous at all times. Disagreements with other booths, fair coordinators, the volunteers, or customers must be handled in a respectful manner. Vendors will be allowed to park their vehicle close to the venue to unload, but they need to unload completely prior to starting to set up and  will need to move to Vendor parking area to make room for our customers. Vendor agrees that they will not hold Innov8 Event Planning, Innov8 Events  and/or City Place responsible for stolen or ruined merchandise, person liability, or damage that may occur during set up, break down, or the event.
